- An extra credit opportunity will be offered Tuesday, 1/14/20, ONLY to those students who attend ELA support from 3:15 - 4:15 after school.
- You must be present on the day of your debate! If not, you will earn a ZERO on your final. Please do not leave your debate partner alone.

After responding to the warm-up, work on your debate prep for about 20 minutes. After, start practicing debating/sharing your ideas with someone OTHER than your partner (you don't want your partner to hear your ideas, right?):
-Discuss your ideas with someone and get their opinion on your ideas.
-Practice reading your opening and closing statements aloud.
-Time yourself.
