The Relationship Bank Account grade is based on a system of deposits (arriving early, being prepared, having a great attitude, working hard, etc.) and withdrawals (arriving late, being unprepared, having a negative attitude, being disruptive, being lazy, etc.). Everyone starts at 100 at the beginning of the semester. The grade will fluctuate based on the attitude and behavior of each student, not only in my class, but throughout the entire school. If at any point in time a student would like to discuss why their grade is where it is, they can definitely come and have a conversation with me.
